Teamwork:
I believe that the best organizations work together like a well-oiled machine. But that level of communication comes after years of building and nurturing a company culture. Being able to work well with different personality types, communication styles, and skill sets has helped me tremendously in my industry. As a result I am able to coordinate well with others to achieve the best results possible.
Leadership:
My philosophy is that being a "good leader" is about much more than your job title. It's about how you treat others, nurture growth in your team, and communicate your expectations. The best leaders are the ones who can set realistic goals and engage their team while still allowing room for people to be human. This motivates me to treat people who I lead with dignity and respect, while still maintaining high standards and providing challenges.
